If you stay a week or more on the log cabin boat and the weather allows it, you can sail on to National Park De Brabantse Biesbosch. Note: from Heerewaarden, you sail to the entrance of the Biesbosch near Hank in about 6 hours. The other side will take 7.5 hours, as the current will be against you. Also keep in mind that after Heusden, there is nowhere to stop along the way.
